Here’s two quick things you may consider doing today or tomorrow!
1.) Make or buy round sugar cookies. Frost them with orange frosting and draw a face on them with icing.
2. After trick or treating, have your child sort their candy. They could sort by type, color, shape, size, likes, dislikes…whatever you think will work. If they’re a little older, you could even have them take what they’ve sorted and line it up like a graph so it is plain to see what they have more and less of. Eliminate some of the candy if there’s too many individual kinds. Using a paper with a large drawn grid to line the candy up on will make it easier to place the candy and see the differences in amounts.
